Privacy Policy

Commit Push is owned and operated by Fabled LLC (“Commit Push,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Commit Push collects only the information needed to operate the Service and provide its features.

Information you provide

• Account Information: the account information made available by Apple when you use Sign in with Apple.
• Workout Data: workouts you create or edit in Commit Push, including workout names, exercises, sets, repetitions, weights, notes, duration, distance, calories, perceived effort, and other training information you choose to record.
• Connected Integrations: information needed to support optional features such as Git repositories or MCP connections.

Information from Apple

If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple sends an account identifier and may also send your name and email address. We never receive or store your Apple password.

If you grant permission to access Apple Health, Commit Push can read workout data and related workout metrics from Apple Health so your workouts can be imported into the app. When you create workouts in Commit Push, the app can also write those workouts back to Apple Health to keep your records synchronized.

Subscription information

If you subscribe to Commit Pro, we receive information necessary to verify and manage your subscription. Payment information is processed by Apple. We never receive or store your payment card information.

Automatically collected information

We may collect limited technical and usage information such as your device type, operating system, app version, feature interactions, and crash reports to help maintain and improve the Service. This information may be associated with your Commit Push account. We do not use advertising trackers or behavioral advertising.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• operate and improve Commit Push;
• authenticate your account;
• synchronize workouts between Commit Push and Apple Health when you authorize it;
• provide Commit Pro features;
• respond to support requests;
• send you important updates about Commit Push and, where permitted by law, information about other products or services offered by us;
• maintain the security and reliability of the Service.

We do not sell your personal information or use it to build advertising profiles.

3. Connected Services

Commit Push includes optional integrations that you control.

Commit Push shares training information with AI services only when you use Smart Entry or authorize an AI client through MCP. Commit Push does not send your information to AI services for any other purpose.

Smart Entry

Smart Entry converts workout descriptions into structured exercise data.

If you use Smart Entry, Commit Push uses Apple Intelligence on your device to verify whether your submission contains exercise information. Commit Push then sends the exercise information from your current Smart Entry session to OpenAI to convert it into structured exercise data. This includes only information you enter in Smart Entry for that session. It does not include your name, email address, account ID, other workouts, or Apple Health data.

OpenAI may retain Smart Entry submissions for up to 30 days to monitor for abuse. Smart Entry submissions are not used to train OpenAI’s models. You can decline or withdraw permission for Smart Entry within the Commit Push app and use Manual Entry instead at any time.

AI clients (MCP)

If you choose to connect an AI client using MCP, Commit Push will allow that client to access your training data according to the permissions granted by your MCP key. This allows the AI client to analyze your workouts and, if permitted, create workouts on your behalf.

You may revoke an MCP key at any time to remove access.

Git repositories

If you choose to connect a Git hosting service, Commit Push can export your training history to the repository you specify. Future exports stop when you disconnect the integration.

Information shared through these optional integrations is governed by the privacy policies and terms of the services you choose to connect.

4. Third-Party Services

Commit Push relies on trusted third-party providers to operate securely and reliably. These services may include:

• Apple, for authentication, Apple Health integration, and in-app purchases;
• subscription management providers;
• cloud hosting and infrastructure providers;
• AI processing providers when you use Smart Entry;
• product analytics and diagnostic services.

These providers process information as necessary to provide their services, comply with applicable law, and protect their services against misuse.

5. Apple Health

Apple Health data is used only to provide the features you request.

We do not use Apple Health data for advertising, marketing, or data mining. Apple Health data is processed only to provide Commit Push features and integrations you choose to connect. We do not store Apple Health data in iCloud unless you independently choose to back up your device through Apple’s services.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. Deleting your account deletes your Commit Push account and the workout and training information associated with it.

You can revoke access to connected AI clients or disconnect Git integrations from within the app at any time without deleting your account.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. While no system can guarantee absolute security, we work to protect your data and limit access to those who need it to operate the Service.

8. Children’s Privacy

Commit Push is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

9. International Users

Commit Push is based in the United States and is intended primarily for users in the United States. If you use the Service from another country, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or another jurisdiction with applicable privacy laws, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise those rights, contact us at dev@fabled.llc.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice within the app or on our website. Your continued use of the Service after those changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
